These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or the “User”), and Miami Modest Fashion Week LLC, doing business as Modest Fashion at The Connector House, regarding your access to and use of our online store and related digital platforms (collectively, the “Site”) and your purchase of products or services (the “Products”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.

1. Acceptance & Scope
These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchase made through it. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

5.4 Taxes & Duties — You are responsible for any applicable local, state, or international taxes and import duties related to your order.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
We will ship to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Return eligibility, timelines, and procedures are described on our Returns Policy page. Final sale and personalized items are non-returnable. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.
8. Product Use
Products sold are intended for personal use only and not for resale. Unauthorized resale may result in order cancellation and legal action.
9. Intellectual Property

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miami Modest Fashion Week LLC, doing business as Modest Fashion at The Connector House, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or Products.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim, or
(b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Class actions are expressly waived. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
19. Time Limit for Claims
Any claim or cause of action must be filed within one (1) year after the event giving rise to it; otherwise, it is permanently barred.
20. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, or supply disruptions.
21. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or term shall not be deemed a waiver.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings.
