Returns & Exchanges Policy

This Returns & Exchanges Policy (“Policy”) forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the conditions below.

1. General Policy — All Sales Final

Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our creations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than damage confirmed upon delivery (see Section 3).

Each item is hand-inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and authenticity.

2. Eligibility for Exception — Manufacturing Defect or Transit Damage

If an item arrives defective or damaged in transit:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing modest@miamimodestfashionwek.com.

2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

3. Do not dispose of the original box or labels until the claim is resolved.

We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, offer either:

• A repair or replacement (if available); or

• A refund to your original payment method if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Claims filed after 48 hours from delivery cannot be honored.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Limited Runway editions and archival pieces

• Custom or made-to-order items

• Head coverings, intimate apparel, and swimwear

• Fragrances, cosmetics, and beauty products

• Gift cards and digital downloads

• All artworks and Signature Collector items (see Section 5)

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after payment has been processed. If an error is detected immediately, contact us within one (1) hour of checkout at modest@miamimodestfashionweek.com. We will attempt—but cannot guarantee—interception before fulfillment.

5. Signature Collector (Artworks / Gallery Collection)

Private Acquisition Process

All artworks and collector pieces are handled through private coordination. Interested buyers must first contact modest@miamimodestfashionweek.com to confirm availability, shipping, and insurance details prior to payment.

Final and Irrevocable Sales

Each artwork is a one-of-a-kind creation. Once an invoice is paid, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed, returned, or refunded. This policy ensures provenance integrity and collector protection.

Damage During Transit

All artworks ship fully insured. If damage occurs, the insurance provider will be contacted immediately. Please retain all packaging and photograph the damage for claim submission. We will assist you in filing the claim but are not liable beyond the insurance coverage.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds (for eligible claims only) will be issued to the original form of payment within 10–14 business daysafter approval. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import fees. If a package is refused or returned due to non-payment of duties, refunds cannot be issued.

8. Policy Revisions

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
